Im Jahr 2024 feiern wir den 150. Geburtstag von Franz Schmidt. Ein Reigen von Konzerten begleitet das Jubiläumsjahr und rückt das Schaffen des Komponisten in den Vordergrund. Gespielt wird von Kammermusik über Sinfonik bis zur Orgelmusik, die im Jubiläum nicht fehlen darf. Die Franz Schmidt-Musikschule und der Verein Pro Organo fokussieren besonders das Orgelschaffen
und präsentieren Organist:innen aus Österreich und der Schweiz. Auf das Kunst- und Musikprojekt „Franz Schmidt – Reloaded“ der Schüler:innen der Musik- und Kunstschule dürfen Sie ganz besonders gespannt sein.

In 2024 we will celebrate Franz Schmidt's 150th Birthday. Our series of concerts accompany the anniversary year and brings the composer's work to the fore. The music played ranges from chamber music and symphonic music to organ music, which should not be missing from the anniversary. The Franz Schmidt Music School Perchtoldsdorf and the Pro Organo Association focus particularly on organ compositions and present organists from Austria and Switzerland. We are particularly excited about the art and music project “Franz Schmidt – Reloaded” by the students of the Music and Art School Perchtoldsdorf.
